  • Kids Class (Ages 6-14) - This class guides children through the RGSA program. This program goes through confidence building strategies and techniques to prevent bullying ethically and humanely, to teaching the children about our honest and cooperative sport jiu-jitsu that aims to inspire individual excellence towards the overall team goal of success.

  • Adults (Ages 15+) - This class introduces students to the RGJJ system through about 60 core fundamental classes. This class follows a systematized path through the RGJJ curriculum. No matter where you start in this course you will start to build a solid foundation in understanding the core and principles of Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
